Bu sayfa yalnızca Whatsapp Chat Text Copier by Çözümce adlı Chrome uzantısını kapsar.

Bu eklenti 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir.

1. Hangi veriler toplanıyor

Yalnızca senin cihazında kalanlar (tarayıcının chrome.storage.local alanı):

  • Mesaj metni, gönderen adı ve zaman damgası (son 20 kopyalama)
  • Profil fotoğrafları (yalnızca Destekçi üyelerde, dışa aktarma görselleri için)
  • Ayarların: kısayol, dil, kopyalama tercihleri

Sunucuda tutulanlar:

  • Google hesabının e-posta adresi ve adı (yalnızca Google ile giriş yaptıysan)
  • Destekçi üyelik durumun
  • Lisans anahtarın ve hangi Google hesabına bağlı olduğu (yalnızca Destekçi olduysan)

Telefon numarası hiçbir yerde toplanmaz. WhatsApp'ın kendi mesaj öneki yalnızca isim verir, numara vermez.

Giriş yapmadıysan sunucuda sana ait hiçbir kayıt yoktur. Profil fotoğrafı indirme kodu ücretsiz kullanımda hiç çalışmaz, tek bir ağ isteği bile gitmez.

2. Ne amaçla kullanılıyor

  • Cihazındaki kopyalama geçmişi: kopyaladığın sohbeti sana geri gösterebilmek ve dışa aktarabilmek için.
  • Ayarların: uzantıyı senin seçtiğin şekilde çalıştırmak için.
  • E-posta adresin ve adın: Destekçi üyeliğinin hangi hesaba ait olduğunu bilmek için.
  • Lisans anahtarın: Destekçi üyeliğinin geçerli olduğunu doğrulamak ve bir anahtarın yalnızca tek bir hesapta kullanılmasını sağlamak için.

Reklam yok, analitik yok. Google Analytics uzantıda kapalıdır. Verin satılmaz.

3. Kimlerle paylaşılıyor

Google ile, iki servis için: Firebase Authentication (giriş) ve Firestore (Destekçi üyeliği ve lisans anahtarının hangi hesaba bağlı olduğu).

Destekçi olduysan ayrıca Polar ile (Polar Software Inc., ödeme sağlayıcımız ve satışın hukuki satıcısı). Satın alma sırasında verdiğin ad, e-posta ve fatura bilgilerini doğrudan Polar alır, bize ulaşmaz; kart bilgilerini biz hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Eklenti Destekçi üyeliğini doğrularken Polar'a yalnızca lisans anahtarını gönderir, adını, e-postanı veya mesajlarını göndermez. Polar'ın gizlilik politikası: https://polar.sh/legal/privacy

Başka hiçbir servise veri gitmez. Veri satışı ve bunların dışında üçüncü taraflarla veri paylaşımı yoktur.

Kopyaladığın sohbet içeriği hiçbir zaman cihazından çıkmaz, bizim sunucumuza gönderilmez. Kopyaladığın kişilerin verisi bizim elimizden geçmez.

4. Nerede ve ne kadar süre saklanıyor

  • Cihazındaki veriler tarayıcının kendi depolamasında durur ve sen silene veya uzantıyı kaldırana kadar orada kalır. Kopyalama geçmişi son 20 kayıtla sınırlıdır, yeni kopyalamalar eskileri düşürür.
  • Destekçi üyelik bayrağı ve lisans anahtarının hangi hesaba bağlı olduğu Firestore'un eur3 (Avrupa) bölgesinde tutulur. Bu bölge bilerek seçildi ve sonradan değiştirilemez.
  • Hesap bilgin (e-posta adresi ve ad) Firebase Authentication tarafında, Google'ın altyapısında tutulur.
  • Satın alma kaydın Polar'da, onların saklama süresine göre tutulur.
  • Sunucudaki kayıtlar, sen silinmesini isteyene kadar tutulur.

5. Verini nasıl silersin

  • Cihazındaki veriler için: uzantıyı kaldırman yeterli. Chrome, uzantıyı kaldırırken depolama alanını da siler.
  • Hesap verin için: iletisim@cozumce.com adresine yaz. Giriş yaptığın e-posta adresinden yazarsan doğrulama daha hızlı olur.
  • Satın alma kaydın için: Polar müşteri portalından (https://polar.sh/cozumce/portal) veya iletisim@cozumce.com üzerinden bize yazarak talep edebilirsin.

This page covers only the Chrome extension Whatsapp Chat Text Copier by Çözümce.

This extension is not directed to users under the age of 13.

1. What data is collected

Stored only on your own device (the browser's chrome.storage.local):

  • Message text, sender name and timestamp (last 20 copies)
  • Profile pictures (Supporter members only, used for export images)
  • Your settings: shortcut, language, copy preferences

Stored on the server:

  • The email address and name of your Google account (only if you signed in with Google)
  • Your Supporter membership status
  • Your license key and which Google account it is bound to (only if you are a Supporter)

Phone numbers are never collected. WhatsApp's own message prefix gives a name, not a number.

If you do not sign in, there is no record of you on the server. The profile picture download code never runs for free users, not even a single network request.

2. How it is used

  • Copy history on your device: to show your copied chat back to you and to export it.
  • Your settings: to run the extension the way you chose.
  • Your email address and name: to know which account a Supporter membership belongs to.
  • Your license key: to verify that your Supporter membership is valid and to make sure a key is used with a single account only.

No ads, no analytics. Google Analytics is disabled in the extension. Your data is not sold.

3. Who it is shared with

Google, for two services: Firebase Authentication (sign-in) and Firestore (Supporter membership and which account a license key is bound to).

If you are a Supporter, also Polar (Polar Software Inc., our payment provider and the legal seller of record). The name, email address and billing details you give during the purchase go directly to Polar and never reach us; we never see your card details. When the extension verifies your Supporter membership, it sends Polar only your license key, not your name, your email address or your messages. No data goes to any other service. There is no data sale and no sharing with third parties beyond these.

The chat content you copy never leaves your device and is never sent to our server. The data of the people you copy never passes through our hands.

4. Where and how long it is stored

  • Data on your device stays in the browser's own storage until you delete it or remove the extension. Copy history is limited to the last 20 entries, new copies push out older ones.
  • The Supporter membership flag and which account a license key is bound to are stored in the Firestore eur3 (Europe) region. This region was chosen deliberately and cannot be changed afterwards.
  • Your account details (email address and name) are held by Firebase Authentication on Google infrastructure.
  • Your purchase record is held by Polar, according to their retention period.
  • Server records are kept until you ask for them to be deleted.

5. How to delete your data

  • For data on your device: removing the extension is enough. Chrome clears its storage when the extension is removed.
  • For your account data: write to iletisim@cozumce.com. Writing from the email address you signed in with makes verification faster.
  • For your purchase record: you can request it through the Polar customer portal (https://polar.sh/cozumce/portal) or by writing to us at iletisim@cozumce.com.
